2018 Gabrielle Gemstone Angel with Moldavite

The 2018 Evergreen Angel gemstone pendant, Gabrielle, is cast in Sterling Silver and has a Moldavite gemstone attached. The pendant is approximately 1" tall and designed to thread directly on a chain, or be attached to a charm bracelet.

This angel is a symbol of strength and courage, as her name reflects, and she is an angel that has spread her wings.

Moldavite is a rare gemstone found only in Czechoslovakia, and is named for the area in which it is found, near the Moldau River. The formation of this stone was created with the crash of a large meteorite approximately 14.8 million years ago in what is now the Bohemian plateau. The rock metamorphosed by the heat of impact created a strew field of Moldavite in the two, mostly rural, areas of Bohemia and Moravia. Treasured since the Stone Age and used not only for arrowheads and cutting tools, but as a spiritual talisman and amulet of good fortune, fertility and protection. It was found in the archeological site of the Venus of Willendorf, the oldest known Goddess statue, and has been linked to legends of the Holy Grail. Please note: The necklace chain is not included. A 16" chain is suggested for a child or petite person, or if you want to wear it as a choker. For the average size adult, an 18" chain is recommended. Adjustable chains are also available.
